- Comfort with the full content pipeline: ideation, filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Fluency in both short-form social content and longer educational/infotainment formats.
- Proven experience editing for quality and effectiveness.
- Experience or willingness to integrate AI tools into creative and production workflows.
- Ability to adapt a single core concept into multiple asset types (Shorts, TikToks, newsletters, etc.).
- Availability to work full-time within the United States.
- Strong preference for candidates based in or near Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Own video content strategy on organic channels from initial concept to final publication.
- Brainstorm, write scripts and hooks, and manage creative casting for video projects.
- Perform filming using cameras, phones, mics, and screen recording tools.
- Edit short-form social media content and long-form educational or infotainment videos.
- Design thumbnails, write titles, and publish content across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve future production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support partner campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools to enhance ideation, editing, animation, and localization efficiency.
