- Proactively identify and prospect target accounts across the US, Europe, and ANZ through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Run structured discovery conversations to understand prospect operational gaps and decision-making processes.
- Own proposal development, pricing conversations, and contract negotiation through to signature.
- Coordinate with People & Culture and Operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff from signed deal to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, deal stage, and forecasted revenue in CRM systems.
- Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal risk to the Co-Founder & GM.
