  • Proven ability to produce and edit high-quality short-form video content independently.
  • Expertise in creating compelling written and video content for social media and educational platforms.
  • Deep understanding of jobsite operations, change order management, and common industry pain points.
  • Experience hosting webinars or live industry sessions.
  • Strong communication skills for building credibility and brand presence within the industry.
  • Ability to serve as an internal subject matter expert for marketing and GTM teams.
  • Experience in building and managing an active personal brand on professional social networks like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality short-form product demos and other video content for LinkedIn and Instagram, filmed and edited independently.
  • Create written and video content for social media, articles, and copy tailored to GC and subcontractor audiences.
  • Develop ROI guides, how-to content, and educational resources in collaboration with customer success and marketing teams.
  • Host webinars and live sessions to engage the industry audience.
  • Review and validate all marketing content to ensure industry accuracy and authenticity.
  • Ideate and pitch content topics based on real jobsite and back-office pain points.
  • Build and maintain an active personal brand on LinkedIn that aligns with Clearstory's perspective.
  • Serve as the direct liaison between project managers, field teams, and the marketing organization.
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials including customer stories and objection-handling guides.
