Requirements
- Permanent residency in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, NM, NV, UT, WV, TN or TX.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to multi-task.
- Competitive spirit to meet and exceed company-wide and personal sales goals.
- Ability to build rapport with customers in an ethical manner.
- Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Capacity to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily with urgency and care to convert potential customers into subscribers.
- Utilize provided laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, and Five9 adapter to document sales activities.
- Listen actively to seek solutions, establish value, make recommendations, and overcome objections to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain high professional ethics while achieving results for reward, recognition, and promotion.
- Complete or exceed 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift.
- Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
