- 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience.
- Proven success sourcing specialized or credentialed professionals in competitive markets.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and pipeline building.
- Experience managing interviews, assessments, and structured hiring processes.
- Experience extending offers and negotiating compensation.
- Strong operations experience, including ATS administration, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools within recruiting workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work core hours aligned with US Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across clinical, corporate, and operational roles.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct structured phone screenings and provide evidence-based candidate assessments.
- Coordinate complex interview processes and manage candidate communications.
- Extend offers, support compensation discussions, and manage onboarding.
- Maintain ATS data, reporting dashboards, and recruiting documentation.
- Develop and improve recruiting SOPs and operational processes.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows and evaluations.
