- Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions in North America.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify role needs and priorities.
- Source, attract, and screen candidates to build high-quality pipelines.
- Advise on competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations.
- Deliver hires on time and within approved budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams on onboarding and engagement projects.
- Coordinate with EMEA and APAC TA peers to share knowledge and maintain global consistency.
