Job Details

7+ years in professional services, implementation, or delivery leadership within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
Direct people management experience.
Demonstrated experience standing up or materially scaling a Professional Services function, ideally building a SOW-based, billable services motion.
Strong command of services commercials including scoping, estimation, SOW construction, pricing, margin management, and revenue recognition.
Proven ability to run a frontline delivery team with rigor, including capacity planning and project governance.
Experience in HR tech, compensation, people analytics, or a similarly data-intensive enterprise domain.
Excellent cross-functional partnership skills across Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
Comfort operating in ambiguity as a builder and designer of functions.

Provide day-to-day frontline management, coaching, and development for the Implementation Manager team.
Maintain real-time visibility into team capacity and utilization to balance load across the portfolio.
Own the logic and process for matching implementation managers to projects based on scope, complexity, and capacity.
Ensure consistent, high-quality project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting across all engagements.
Define and uphold standards for implementation execution, escalation handling, and delivery quality.
Establish repeatable delivery methodology, templates, and playbooks including SOWs and estimation models.
Drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering to ensure realistic delivery commitments.
Partner on strategic customer engagements to ensure white-glove delivery.
