Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, or delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud, Software, Machine Learning, or AI solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience designing or leading AI, machine learning, MLOps, or data-intensive solutions in production.
- Strong understanding of Applied AI including generative AI, RAG, LLM applications, and agentic architectures.
- Hands-on experience with production AI/ML systems including evaluation, observability, and security.
- Proficiency in Python and strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with modern cloud and data ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client support and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Design practical Applied AI solutions spanning predictive machine learning, MLOps, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business problems into structured solution designs, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to conduct discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical demonstrations.
- Lead technical workstreams and contribute hands-on to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
- Implement patterns for model lifecycle management, including evaluation, observability, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Document architecture decisions, system interactions, tradeoffs, and risks for enterprise clients.
- Support sales and senior leadership with solution shaping, technical proposals, and statement of work development.
