Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like TAM, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least one CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI).
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and version control.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proven track record of managing a book of business and building relationships with enterprise clients.
- Experience using data and CRM systems to monitor customer health.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
- Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization using best practices.
- Act as the primary technical contact to solve customer issues via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
- Develop success plans with measurable goals aligning with security and compliance objectives.
- Manage a book of up to 15 customers to ensure adoption targets and business value realization.
- Capture and advocate for customer feature requests and adoption blockers with Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and assist in securing renewals in partnership with sales.
- Mentor associate TAMs and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
