Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
- Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
- Structured problem-solving approach to breakdown ambiguous hypotheses.
- Impeccable follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing, experiment design, and product roadmap strategy.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to translate customer problems into requirements.
