- Ability to multitask and handle organizational detail

- Proficiency with technology including phone lines, computers, and their applications
- Effective time management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Must be able to work on the phone 100% of the time
Responsibilities
- Review patient portal and assign incomplete forms via WelcomeWare platform
- Manage virtual calls and check-in via the WelcomeWare kiosk
- Conduct welcome calls and monitor arrival rates to influence customer experience
- Perform authorization management and group task management
- Track clinical metrics and reports, including referral management, caseload, and POS collections
- Schedule patient visits and convert referrals into evaluations
- Manage clinic schedules, document routing, and non-clinical documentation
- Utilize Power BI to track and manage clinical metrics
