Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of programming experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience with Python.
- Ability to write clean, Pythonic code and provide multiple solutions for complex problems.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience working with databases.
- Understanding of backend systems architecture.
- Fluent in English (B2 level required).
- Ability to work asynchronously and manage own productivity.
- Commitment of at least 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to cutting-edge Python-based systems and decentralized algorithms.
- Develop and maintain GPU-enabled sandboxed docker container runners.
- Take end-to-end ownership of code from the first line through deployment.
- Participate in weekly general, planning, and decision-making (Sociocracy 3.0) meetings.
- Solve complex technical issues while ensuring stable and efficient delivery.
