Requirements

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python.
- At least 2 years of formal team management experience.
- Proven experience in project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Confidence in direct client communication and technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of architectural decision-making and code quality standards.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with database systems.
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify innovation opportunities.
- Strong English proficiency (B2 level required).
