Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Frontend development experience using TypeScript and Angular or React.
- Proficiency building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.
- Hands-on professional experience with AI coding assistants and agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
- Ability to evaluate AI output for correctness, security, and architectural fit.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with an understanding of business process impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features using C# and .NET Core backend services and responsive frontends in TypeScript with Angular or React.
- Manage the data layer using Entity Framework Core, Postgres, Azure SQL, and MongoDB.
- Utilize AI coding agents as a core part of the build process, maintaining context and reviewing output for security and architectural fit.
- Establish engineering standards for quality, testing, security, code review, and documentation.
- Maintain CI/CD, observability, and production infrastructure for your own code.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and subject-matter experts to translate regulatory requirements into technical designs.
- Manage multiple work streams and communicate technical impacts on business processes and systems.
