Requirements
- Built social or engagement systems at scale (feeds, referral flows, notifications, social graphs, or real-time interactions).
- Proven experience owning a feature end-to-end: data modeling, API design, client implementation, and production monitoring.
- Shipped production features across more than one client platform (iOS, Android, or Web).
- Experience instrumenting growth or engagement features with analytics events to drive iteration.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, low-process environment with high autonomy.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as force multipliers.
- Proficiency in two or more of: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Typescript, Dart, or Python.
- Track record of building projects (side projects, open source, or game mechanics) based on personal initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build mechanics that drive organic growth including referral systems, social sharing flows, engagement loops, and real-time features.
- Own features end-to-end from data model to shipped customer experience, across mobile and web.
- Deliver features across iOS, Android, Web, and backend services, moving fluidly between platforms as required.
- Instrument work with analytics events, build visibility, and use data to drive rapid iteration.
- Maintain high technical standards and architecture while partnering with the CEO, Senior PM, and Senior Designer.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate work in less-familiar codebases.
