Requirements
- Experience launching products successfully to customers in platform, data infrastructure, or CRM contexts.
- Deep fluency in CRM data modeling, entity-relationship modeling, association and activity schemas, and record creation patterns.
- Strong intuition for cross-platform UX and understanding how foundational data surfaces affect user experience.
- Ability to read and write technical specs, including reviewing architecture diagrams, ERDs, and data model documentation.
- Ability to articulate product vision clearly to engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
- Multidisciplinary approach combining customer empathy, technical depth, and business judgment.
- Ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate without perfect information.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for associations as a platform capability, including relationship definitions, activity-to-record behavior, and association labels.
- Lead the near-term company priority to generate associations from unstructured data in support of Smart Deal Progression.
- Validate and drive the path for lookup properties to resolve usability gaps in how customers manage relational data.
- Define the long-term associations platform vision, including reusable components and richer relationship modeling.
- Engage directly with customers to understand relational data breakdown in multi-object data architectures.
- Drive alignment with PMs, engineers, and architects across Marketing, Sales, Service, and AI Agents.
