Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and building with AI-augmented tools.
- Experience with lightweight web frameworks such as FastAPI and Gradio.
- Experience with serverless runtimes such as AWS Lambda.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM model selection.
- Ability to perform data engineering tasks including cleaning and structuring data for AI ingestion.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment standards, including source control and secrets management.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders.
- Ability to design agentic versus deterministic system architectures.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Strong problem-solving skills for managing ambiguous client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into viable AI-driven solutions through discovery and shaping sessions.
- Design end-to-end systems including data pipelines, AI components, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Build and ship production-ready AI tools using a Python-first stack, including FastAPI, Gradio, and serverless runtimes like AWS Lambda.
- Manage client projects from setup and architecture to deployment and quality assurance.
- Run technical portions of client meetings and translate technical progress into client-facing insights.
- Contribute to the department's internal operating models, project templates, and reusable components.
