Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider in a Solutions Architect or comparable client-facing technical role.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft / Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Technical knowledge of Cyber Security platforms and technologies.
- Technical knowledge of server and desktop virtualization, and storage.
- Technical knowledge of LAN and WAN networking, data backup, and replication.
- Experience presenting complex technical topics to technical and business audiences.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical and/or Security Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, VTSP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify client business and technical needs to propose appropriate solutions.
- Act as a Technical and Trusted Advisor during client meetings.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Networking, and IT systems.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, presentations, and Statements of Work.
- Draft technical responses for RFP/RFI submissions.
- Participate in client-focused seminars, tradeshows, and technology roadmap reviews.
- Provide ongoing product and technology training to the Account Management team.
