Requirements
- 10+ years of solution engineering experience.
- Education in a STEM field of study.
- Knowledge in domains such as Quality Management, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, or Enterprise Software Technical Sales.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, or Engineering Design/Product Development.
- Domain experience in Electronics/High Tech, Consumer Goods, Medical Devices & Equipment, or Industrial Machinery.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
- Salesforce platform experience is preferred.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and quantify Propel's value proposition within sales campaigns.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations on the Salesforce platform to align with prospect business objectives.
- Develop and maintain standardized software demonstrations for internal use.
- Establish and maintain subject matter expertise in client-facing interactions.
- Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to architect strategic process improvements.
- Define project scopes and develop phased quotations in collaboration with Professional Services.
- Manage and enhance demo environment 'Seed Orgs' to reflect current capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
