Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in medical imaging or medical device sales and support.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with complex IT infrastructure in healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform.
  • Strong technical communication skills for explaining complex hardware and networking systems.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 50% for customer appointments, trade shows, and training.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks including walking, standing, and reaching during demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex and technical product information and IT networking requirements to diverse customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for digital pathology scanners and related software products.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals within the territory.
  • Execute product demonstrations for clients at appropriate stages in the sales process.
  • Maintain a closed/won success rate of >60% for active opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality sales and support assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze competitive marketing information and market literature to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
