Requirements
- Minimum 3 years designing and deploying generative AI or LLM-based solutions.
- Minimum 3 years nonprofit sector experience (fundraising, case management, advocacy, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years experience using story mapping methodology.
- Minimum 3 years leading technology implementation project teams.
- Minimum 3 years utilizing Agile and Waterfall project management methodology.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools, LLM-based products, and agentic workflow configuration.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate AI across systems.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and report on new AI products and agentic capabilities.
- Steer pre-sales processes and solution scoping.
- Manage the Anthropic partnership and advise on go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate on implementation methodology and establish responsible AI standards.
- Provide mentorship and performance oversight for consultants.
- Lead project teams and translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Assist sales and services teams with implementation estimates.
