Requirements
- 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or SaaS/technical/financial services consulting.
- Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding and implementation.
- Ability to guide clients through complex implementation processes.
- Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Client-facing experience with technical customers required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for strategic meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients and build high-level trust relationships.
- Partner with software engineers to analyze hiring processes and ensure precise solution alignment.
- Present technical solutions to prospects as the subject matter expert.
- Architect and implement initial interview frameworks for new enterprise clients.
- Conduct regular strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and deliver executive-level training sessions.
- Analyze complex performance data in collaboration with Content and Data teams to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
