Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products.
- 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development including ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and Active Workspace.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
- Experience with modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
- Experience working with large enterprise applications and high availability requirements.
- Database experience including SQL, Oracle or SQL Server, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
- Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems such as ERP, MES, change management, and CAD.
- Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
- Contribute to platform observability and reliability using tools like Datadog.
- Set engineering standards through architectural guidance, opinionated technical decisions, and code contributions.
- Leverage AI tooling for rapid development and mentor the team on high-speed execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, product, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Define architecture standards and transition from concept to production.
