Job Details

7+ years of experience building production software with a track record of shipping on timelines.
Strong technical depth in a modern server-side stack, with strong preference for .NET / C#.
Demonstrated success improving existing platforms at scale.
Proficiency across the full delivery lifecycle: data modeling, API design, testing strategy, CI/CD, and observability.
Working fluency with AI-assisted development tools and judgment on their application.
High bar for quality, including a habit of writing tests and preventing regressions.
Self-direction and ability to drive ambiguous problems to completion.
Strong written communication and collaborative skills for working in a distributed environment.
Availability to work core Eastern Time hours.
Ability to travel for team and customer onsites (up to four times per year).

Design, build, and ship features and services end-to-end, including data model and API design, testing, deployment, and production operation.
Identify and implement improvements to performance, reliability, and data-access patterns.
Partner with Product, Client Success, and engineering teams to scope work and deliver customer-visible roadmap milestones.
Collaborate with technical and accounting experts to shape solutions and iterate based on feedback.
Raise the engineering bar through code review, design feedback, and mentoring mid-level engineers.
Utilize agentic coding tools pragmatically while maintaining rigorous standards for testing and validation.
Champion customer experience through observability, incident response, and proactive defect management.
