Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or technical/SaaS consulting.
- Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding.
- Proven ability to build trusted rapport and guide clients through complex implementation processes.
- Direct experience engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Proven client-facing experience with technical customers.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for strategic meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing trust and providing authoritative guidance on Karat's solutions.
- Partner with global software engineering teams to analyze hiring processes and requirements, ensuring precise solution alignment.
- Present technical solutions to prospects and architect the initial interview framework for new enterprise clients.
- Conduct strategic reviews with customers to align with business objectives and deliver executive-level training.
- Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics in collaboration with internal content and data teams.
- Identify and drive innovative internal process improvements for the Customer Operations and GTM teams.
