Requirements
- 10 years web development experience
- Minimum 5 years experience leading a team of 5+ software developers
- Highly proficient in Database schema design and analysis
- Highly proficient in Complex SQL Queries and Operations
- Highly proficient in a server-side language (C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or PHP)
- Highly proficient in JavaScript and Team Git branch management
- Experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC, TCP/IP, IMAP)
- Experience with Legacy system conversions
- Knowledge of networking and operating systems administration
- Highly proficient in leveraging agentic AI tools throughout the SDLC
- Ability to perform technical lead role through the SDLC
Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing technical leader and trusted advisor
- Lead requirements discovery and business analysis efforts
- Design and deliver custom software solutions
- Support sales activities, technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
- Partner with executive leadership and the CEO on strategic opportunities
- Operate independently, often owning engagements from discovery through delivery
- Function as a forward-deployed engineer embedded closely with client teams
