Requirements
- 5+ years of lifecycle, email, and SMS marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including SMS marketing and compliance.
- Experience using HubSpot including SMS marketing and compliance.
- Expertise in customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and personalization.
- Proven experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance data.
- Experience managing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
- Experience supporting e-commerce businesses.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize lifecycle email and SMS marketing strategies across multiple business units.
- Develop customer journeys that improve engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, and revenue.
- Build and manage automated marketing workflows from acquisition through long-term retention.
- Create and execute campaign calendars for launches, promotions, webinars, educational content, and evergreen campaigns.
- Develop advanced customer segmentation and personalized messaging strategies.
- Build and optimize automation including welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, onboarding, and upsell campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across messaging, creative, timing, offers, CTAs, and customer segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on analytics.
- Build dashboards and report on key email and SMS marketing KPIs.
- Manage and optimize Klaviyo and HubSpot marketing platforms.
