Requirements
- Proven experience owning end-to-end HR operations or People programs.
- Active experience using and experimenting with AI tools and building automated workflows.
- Technical understanding of LLMs, including prompt design and workflow evaluation.
- Hands-on proficiency with HRIS, data visualization tools, and automation platforms.
- Experience working in or closely with HR generalist or HRBP functions.
- Strong program management skills with a history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate HR data into actionable insights for leadership and managers.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across HR, Legal, and Engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous organizational problems.
Responsibilities
- Own HR Business Partner (HRBP) enablement end-to-end by designing, launching, and iterating on agentic tooling.
- Design and maintain manager operational workflows, playbooks, and automations to reduce friction.
- Develop and maintain functional org health analytics dashboards in partnership with HR leadership.
- Lead the automation of employee processes to build structured, compliant, and consistent workflows.
- Champion responsible AI use within HR, partnering with Legal and IT to ensure data compliance.
- Define and track success metrics including automations shipped, workflow adoption, and dashboard engagement.
