Requirements
- Leadership experience in a retail environment managing multiple locations.
- Proven track record of developing staff and leadership ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with retail POS systems and operations.
- Experience with training programs.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Residency in or central location to Oklahoma City preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive district sales and overall store health with frequent store visits.
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) from store-to-store within the district.
- Meet growth targets for sales metrics including UPT, ADS, and customer conversion.
- Partner with Store Managers to ensure excellence in customer service, merchandising, and store atmosphere.
- Act as a liaison between the head office and store locations.
- Supervise Store Managers through planning, directing, and assigning responsibilities.
- Manage store-level expenses including payroll and shrink to meet return on sales targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store personnel, administering performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
