Requirements
- 7+ years of production leadership experience within the court reporting industry.
- Proven experience building and scaling transcript production teams.
- Experience managing managers and guiding team performance.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of legal codes and regulations relevant to deposition transcripts and compliance.
- Experience with workflow automations and outsourced labor models.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategy to optimize transcript review and production efficiency.
- Identify data-backed efficiency and quality improvement opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to leverage automation and technology tools.
- Support the growth of the Production Team by developing functional, scalable, and efficient workflows.
- Partner with Production Managers to lead, mentor, and coach a team of production assistants and associates.
- Maintain focus on production KPIs contributing to company OKRs.
- Analyze production analytics to drive business goals.
