Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 or more years of technical experience in data, analytics, or product management.
- 5 or more years of people-management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading data product management, portfolio management, and analytics operations in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to build repeatable processes, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
- Comfort flexing between hands-on delivery and enterprise-level strategy.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, strategy, and delivery for flagship data products.
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and measure business impact of data products.
- Establish and mature repeatable processes and operating cadences for portfolio reviews and business rhythms.
- Lead a comprehensive knowledge-management strategy and drive a culture of continuous learning.
- Direct cross-functional special projects and initiatives as a flexible problem-solver for the VP of QCSA.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of product, portfolio, and analytics enablement professionals.
