Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with expertise in K-12 and/or Higher Ed sectors.
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile product development environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data to define solutions.
- Experience working with AI in a production environment.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 5-7 times a year to College Board offices or for business purposes.
- Proactive, ownership-first mindset with strong organizational awareness.
- Experience in career exploration, workforce development, or career readiness is strongly preferred.
- Mobile app experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with crafting strategy briefs, business cases, and product roadmaps aligned with divisional goals.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation through sunsetting of legacy features.
- Identify and validate user problems through data, research, and analytics.
- Maintain a groomed backlog of user-centered stories, prioritizing based on strategy and technical considerations.
- Drive delivery through Agile ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with technology, UX, and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously assess product performance to drive student value and institutional impact.
