Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with strong data-driven prioritization and roadmap development.
- At least one successful product launch at a growth-stage startup.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, shipping, or iterating on AI or ML-powered product features.
- Experience with marketplace platforms or B2B enterprise software.
- Technical fluency and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with strong engineering teams.
- Fluency using AI tools in your own workflow (e.g., research synthesis, spec writing, prototyping).
- Experience presenting product strategy and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in research tools like SQL, PostHog, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work effectively with large, strategic, or enterprise-level partners.
- Strong skills in running agile sprints and lightweight process management.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong, evidence-based point of view on how customers and end users engage with the platform through direct research.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform the roadmap, feature backlog, and product documentation.
- Partner with design and tech leads to run sprints and hit delivery timelines.
- Use analytics to track feature performance against benchmarks and business goals.
- Identify and integrate AI and machine learning opportunities to improve the product or team workflows.
- Shape AI capabilities within the broader platform roadmap and translate technical tradeoffs for executive stakeholders.
