Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in software development.
- Expertise in Python and Django.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and modern SPA frameworks (React preferred).
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL (Apollo).
- Experience with ORM frameworks (SqlAlchemy).
- Strong relational database skills, specifically SQL Server/T-SQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
- Experience with caching technologies like Redis.
- Understanding of enterprise-level software design and multi-threaded applications.
- Experience with APM and observability tools (New Relic/Sentry).
- 1-2 years of experience with AI/ML.
- General understanding of ANSI HIPAA transactions and Health Information Technology (HIT).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated software as part of an expert team.
- Perform full lifecycle development including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Assist the team with complex problem solving and debugging to ensure stable platforms.
- Review pull requests to ensure code quality.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies such as standups, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Expand and maintain unit test coverage.
