Requirements
- Deep Kubernetes expertise, including cluster architecture, Tenant Isolation, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales capacity working with OEMs, GSIs, resellers, or cloud providers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive co-selling motions and joint validation efforts.
- Experience creating enablement content, workshops, hands-on labs, or certification paths from scratch.
- Proven record of managing discovery, whiteboarding, demos, and POCs that convert to production.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical value to both engineers and CIOs.
- Disciplined approach to opportunity qualification and POC management.
- Ability to master vCluster, vNode, and vMetal technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate reference architectures with strategic partners, creating bills of material, deployment guides, and demo environments.
- Deliver technical enablement and training for partner architects and sellers on the vCluster product family value and performance.
- Enable internal field Solutions Engineers to effectively engage partners to ensure scalable channel motion.
- Own technical discovery, demos, and Proofs of Concept for partner-sourced opportunities with defined success criteria.
- Establish vCluster presence within partner Centers of Excellence, tied to qualified pipeline.
- Build technical credibility across priority partners to cultivate long-term technical champions.
