Requirements
- 5+ years of experience consulting within law firms or the legal technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Practice Solutions Consultant, or similar legal technology role.
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise system implementations, software integrations, or large-scale technology rollouts.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and integration development.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations across multiple enterprise software platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise data management platforms such as Snowflake or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies and modern data management strategies.
- Deep understanding of legal industry workflows, business challenges, and technology requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions that align technology initiatives with business objectives across complex legal environments.
- Partner with legal professionals, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver customized technology solutions.
- Lead data management initiatives by improving data quality, governance, security, and accessibility while supporting informed business decision-making.
- Utilize SQL, Python, Power BI, and modern data platforms to analyze information, generate insights, and support strategic planning.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI, into business processes and client solutions.
- Manage large-scale implementation projects, including multi-resource planning, deployment schedules, risk management, and execution timelines.
- Stay current on legal technology trends while contributing to industry thought leadership through presentations, publications, and client-facing events.
