Responsibilities
- Build a consistent, high-impact organic social presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Lead newsletters and nurture programs to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Moderate and elevate community engagement within Scale Society and social media comment sections.
- Execute social media, email, and community strategies with clear reporting and experimentation.
- Transition channel management from agency vendors to an internal, integrated brand presence.
- Collaborate with design, growth, advocacy, and product partners to drive business outcomes.
