Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or related technical roles.
- Dutch fluency and professional level English spoken and written skills.
- Dutch citizenship (essential for security clearance).
- Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
- Strong technical foundation in enterprise networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, and identity management (Entra ID).
- Knowledge of Windows environments and enterprise endpoint management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent documentation skills (architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, operational runbooks).
- Experience working with law enforcement, defense, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Previous policing or Koninklijke Marechaussee (KMar) experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and the delivery partner.
- Build long-term relationships with executive leadership, IT teams, and operational commanders.
- Provide technical guidance on deployment planning, configuration, and integration.
- Conduct proactive technical health reviews and operational readiness assessments.
- Coordinate complex technical escalations across Support and Engineering teams.
- Facilitate release readiness and adoption of new platform capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and organizational risks.
