Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 8+ years of experience supporting DoD resource management, program analysis, or installation support programs.
- 5+ years supporting MCCS, MWR, Fleet and Family Readiness, or comparable military community support programs.
- Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, decision papers, and analytical products.
- Experience facilitating senior-level meetings, working groups, governance boards, or strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex assignments with minimal government oversight.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel 20%.
Responsibilities
- Support MCCS Planning, Programming, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform initiatives.
- Manage enterprise resource management efforts for APF and NAF programs.
- Develop enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, and governance processes.
- Produce executive-level reports, briefings, decision papers, and analytical products.
- Facilitate senior-level meetings, working groups, and strategic planning efforts.
- Engage senior stakeholders across MCICOM and Headquarters Marine Corps.
