Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- 3-5 years of middle office experience, preferably in a multi-national organization.
- Experience within digital currencies, trading, or financial services organizations.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and self-motivate in a remote environment.
- Strong initiative, sense of urgency, and resilience for fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the cryptocurrency regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts and portfolios and assist in daily reconciliations using analytical tools.
- Assist the trading team with asset management across various exchanges and facilitate fund transfers.
- Resolve identified discrepancies and troubleshoot systemic issues by collaborating with internal teams and external contacts.
- Manage creditor interactions including verifying terms, facilitating loan principal/interest payments, and auditing invoices.
- Produce scheduled and unscheduled financial reports, analyses, and historical records.
- Participate in quality assurance and develop manual processes into automated workflows.
- Conduct thorough break analysis to resolve discrepancies in trading data.
