Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience.
- Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize and process claims into the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing.
- Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing.
- Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
