Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
- 3 years of Transportation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and success in delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and a car that can be used for work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain recruitment data and provide updates to leadership on progress and activities.
- Establish targets, monitor results, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Provide strategic analysis of labor demographics, employment trends, and market competition.
- Ensure integrity of the recruitment process and streamline procedures.
- Conduct client and driver visits regularly, ensuring positive customer service experiences.
- Oversee development, delivery, and measurement of training programs for team members.
- Manage and train recruiting managers, providing coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety meetings.
