Requirements

- Must reside in Michigan.

- Ability to work independently and manage a professional home office.
- Ability to travel for school functions as required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Experience supporting adults and children with technology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
- Personalize instruction based on individual student needs and level of mastery.
- Monitor student progress and maintain grade books within the learning management system.
- Maintain positive rapport and regular communication with students and learning coaches.
- Prepare students for high-stakes standardized assessments.
- Support families with curricular issues and basic virtual classroom troubleshooting.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time for professional development, testing, and school events.
