Requirements
- Tennessee High School English Teaching Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Five years of teaching experience.
- Two years of successful coaching or mentoring experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for in-person events.
- Access to reliable high-speed internet.
- Ability to maintain a professional home office environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and provide content knowledge, resources, and guidance regarding effective and innovative math practices.
- Support teachers by introducing new teaching strategies, assessment techniques, and results interpretation.
- Coordinate and facilitate pilots of instructional materials and software implementations.
- Monitor student progress through interactive lessons and daily assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate reading intervention initiatives for students in grades K-5.
- Collect and review work samples and alert administrators to student performance concerns.
