Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (Associate’s Degree = 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years; Master's Degree = 6 years).
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong knowledge of data structures, programming, and statistical methods.
- Experience independently managing multiple projects.
- Ability to translate technical analysis into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organizational, and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and provide project guidance.
- Proficiency in business intelligence software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data profiling, testing, and validation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Independently consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope for strategic projects.
- Design and develop analytic studies and reporting solutions to support business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries for sophisticated data analysis.
- Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts through project feedback, code reviews, and training.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues during data profiling, testing, and validation.
- Lead or participate in industry advisory or user groups.
