Requirements
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
- 10+ years of immigration experience.
- Deep expertise in extraordinary-ability and high-skilled immigration categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and developing attorneys.
- Experience in building or running a legal practice.
- Comfort with public visibility, thought leadership, media appearances, and client-facing events.
- Established professional network and reputation that generates referrals and inbound client trust.
- Strong entrepreneurial ambition.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own a practice within Manifest's individual-immigration business, specifically extraordinary-ability and high-skilled matters.
- Maintain full accountability for the practice's growth, quality, and profitability.
- Serve as the face of the practice through thought leadership, social media, media appearances, and client-facing events.
- Build and lead a team of attorneys and paralegals, focusing on hiring, development, and coaching.
- Drive business development by leveraging the firm's marketing engine and building a personal network and referral base.
- Utilize Manifest's AI-powered platform for automated workflows and case management.
- Own the P&L for the practice, including case source, team performance, and client satisfaction.
