- 10+ years of employer-side immigration experience across H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and related categories.
- Experience owning enterprise client relationships end to end.
- Track record managing or developing legal teams with clear accountability for outcomes.
- Comfort with public visibility, thought leadership, and social presence.
- Professional network in HR, Legal, or People Ops circles.
- Ambition to build and run a practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for a roster of employer clients with full accountability for growth, quality, and profitability.
- Manage enterprise client relationships and large-scale program management.
- Drive business development and marketing, growing existing accounts and attracting new ones.
- Build and lead a team of attorneys, overseeing hiring, development, and case production standards.
- Utilize the firm's AI-powered platform to optimize workflows, draft reviews, and case management.
