Requirements

- Strong XML and HTML experience for software UI and help systems.
- Experience in content writing within product-focused or technical environments.
- Skilled in structuring language for XML and JSON formats.
- Experience with content management systems (CCMS) and agile development workflows.
- Proficiency using AI tools for content drafting and editing.
- Experience writing instructional, technical, and UX content tailored to audience needs.
- Background working in agile development with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing instructional content and UI microcopy samples.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered content that makes complex language and processes easy to understand.
- Develop and manage assessments within the Content Platform.
- Maintain content for established products, including in-app assistance, help files, and Resource Hub updates.
- Structure content using architecture principles for reuse and publishing across platforms.
- Work effectively in agile environments, advising colleagues on practices.
- Manage relationships with project teams to clarify mutual needs and commitments.
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in drafting, editing, and brainstorming.
- Write clear, user-friendly dialogue and microcopy following established voice guidelines.
