Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain/logistics within a CPG, food, or beverage company.
- Proven leadership experience managing logistics and customer service functions.
- Expertise with 3PL operations and temperature-controlled freight.
- Experience with distributor logistics (UNFI, KeHE).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and WMS.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central programs.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with budget management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with US export to Canada or Mexico is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage the Customer Service Manager to align logistics, supply chain, and order management.
- Oversee all third-party warehouse operations including inventory accuracy and order processing.
- Manage logistics for e-commerce and Amazon programs (FBA, FBM, SFP) and monitor metrics.
- Negotiate freight rates and oversee outbound temperature-controlled transportation.
- Monitor distributor performance (UNFI, KeHE) and troubleshoot order compliance issues.
- Lead initiatives for supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and ERP system improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of FSMA and temperature-controlled food safety standards.
