Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven successful field-based sales experience in biopharmaceuticals.
- Experience in hematology, oncology, and/or rare disease markets (strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Strong communication and CRM/data skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Collaborative, ethical, and proactive team player.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Cycle Pharmaceuticals rare disease therapies across hematology and oncology by engaging physicians, nurses, and staff.
- Build awareness of rare disease conditions, therapeutic solutions, and Cycle Vita support services.
- Educate providers on prescribing pathways and coordinate with the HUB team to streamline patient access.
- Identify and partner with key opinion leaders for peer-to-peer education and community outreach.
- Lead territory-level execution of new product launches and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align on strategy.
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop quarterly business plans.
